Localrly is a brand of Emre Kaymak Consulting ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information on localrly.com.

Information we collect

• Details you submit (company name, email, trade, ZIP code) when requesting a sample or contacting us.
• Basic technical data (e.g. browser type) that hosting providers log automatically.

How we use it

To send your sample, respond to inquiries, and provide and bill for our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Lead data

Our lead lists are compiled from public sources such as municipal permit records, NOAA/NWS weather data and county property records. Customers must use leads in compliance with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM and Do-Not-Call rules.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Localrly (e.g. hosting, email, CRM integrations you enable), or when required by law.

Retention & your rights

We keep data only as long as needed. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing hello@localrly.com.
