How it works

How a public signal becomes your next job.

Homeowners file permits and storms hit roofs. Both end up in public records. We read those records every week and give you the homes worth calling first.

  1. A signal is filed

A re-roof or HVAC permit, or a hail or wind report, goes on public record.

  2. We score the home

0–100. Fresh replacement work and recent storms score highest.

  3. Your list lands Monday

A CSV in your inbox. Trigger also pushes it to GoHighLevel.

  4. You reach out first

Door hanger, mailer or a visit, with the reason in hand. You run the outreach.

Neighbor targeting

One new HVAC permit points to the next 25 jobs.

A new HVAC permit is a signal: we list the ~25 older homes around it with no recent mechanical permit, scored and ready for door knocking, mailers or calls.

1. A neighbor replaces their systemA Dallas mechanical (HVAC) permit is filed on the block.
2. Same age, no new systemWe find the ~25 nearby homes of similar age with no HVAC permit in recent years.
3. Scored and readyEach home gets a 0–100 score and the reason, ready for door knocking, mailers or calls.

The math

One job can pay for a full year.

A year of Starter costs $1,788. Here is what one average replacement job is worth in Dallas.

One roof replacement$10,054

≈ 5.6× a year of Starter

One HVAC replacement$7,733

≈ 4.3× a year of Starter

12 months of Starter$1,788$149/mo × 12 · cancel anytime

Dark bar segment = one year of Starter.
Assumptions: Job values are Angi's Dallas average homeowner costs (roofs updated Aug 2026, HVAC updated Apr 2026). That is revenue, not your profit. This is an example, not a promise of results.
